NRF Attack in Takhar: Four Taliban Members Killed or Wounded
Sources from the National Resistance Front (NRF) report that at least four Taliban members were killed or wounded in an attack by NRF forces on the Taliban in Takhar province. The operation, which took place on the evening of March 25, 2025, targeted Taliban fighters in the vicinity of Taloqan city, the capital of Takhar. According to sources, two Taliban members were killed and two others wounded. No casualties were reported among NRF forces or civilians. The NRF emphasizes that these operations are part of their efforts against what they term the “terrorist Taliban regime” across Afghanistan.
